L'Dor Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program

L'Dor is opening a 1-year Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) position for exceptional early-career people committed to strengthening Israel and contributing to the world.

 

Some applicants may come with a bold initiative they want to build. Others may be the kind of people who naturally create momentum around important problems — identifying neglected opportunities, helping founders succeed, assembling collaborations, launching new efforts, or helping important ideas become real.

 

The role is intentionally flexible. An EIR might spend the year launching a new initiative, helping an existing organization tackle a critical challenge, building infrastructure for an emerging field, supporting mission-driven founders, or assembling the people and resources needed to move an important problem forward.

 

We are looking for unusual people with initiative, seriousness, resilience, and the willingness to take responsibility for meaningful work.

 

The program provides salary, mentorship, strategic support, and access to L'Dor’s network for a year dedicated to helping build the future Israel needs.
